When I go on holiday I usually take my old camera with me - rather than my good digital camera. Is there a way I can transfer my processed photos (from film roll) on to my computer so that I can load them onto a digital photo frame?

When having your film developed, you could ask to have the photographs put on to a CD or DVD. This costs only a couple of euro.
I'm not really sure exactly how digital photo frames operate but I presume it would then be possible to load the photos on the CD to your computer and then on to the digital photo frame memory.
It is also possible to scan negatives via a photo scanner and save to your computer, and again presumably on to the DPF memory device.
Not sure if this is of any help to you.

You can scan them or get them scanned for you. Different places do it better than others. Basically what Ash said.

Since you can get decent cheap digital cameras these days, I don't see your point in using a film camera. Film is expensive.

I suggest scanning is the best for you but you can ask for the soft copy.

I suggest you bin your good camera as if you feel you can't use it when on your holidays, I don't see the point in having it

Spectra photo have a service where you can have your roll of filim processed and put onto CD for €7.99. If you want prints and the CD, you are charged for the price of printing the roll of filim and €3.99 for the CD .
