Transfer of land/sites between relatives

My uncle has land which he is willing to transfer to me in order for me to build. My father also has land which he is willing to transfer to me. I would rather use the land from my uncle as it is situated where we wish to build. There is no planning permission applied for on any of the land. Is it straighforward for my uncle to transfer his land to me, and my father in return to transfer his land over to my uncle? Or should the transfer go between my father and my uncle and then from my father to me?
Sorry if this is confusing and I hope I am posting in the correct place.

Such transfers could well trigger tax issues - e.g. CGT, Capital Acquisitions Tax/Gift Tax and/or Stamp Duty (at half the normal rate between blood relatives due to consanguinity relief) all calculated on the fair market values of the properties. You might want to get professional advice.

to whom should you look for professional advice on such issues - a normal accountant or are there companies out there that are specialists in Stamp Duty etc. ?
