Transfer my Tax Credits to My Husband If I have No JOb

Hello...

Is is possible for me to transfer my tax credits to my husband if I am no longer in employment. I stopped working in September this year, can my husband get my credits for the rest of the year.

I will not be working for the rest of the year for personal reasons, can I claim tax back?

I would appreciate any advice on what I can do?

call the tax office and they will advise - I have had occasion to call them a few times in the past few months and found them extremely helpful, you will probably need your final pay details (pay to date etc). Call ASAP as the end of the tax year is looming. Details for your local tax office are on revenue.ie
