We're looking to trade up but our deposit would be coming from the equity in our current home.Savings are approx 10k so not enough for 10% deposit for a house when signing contracts. Do we need to sell our current home fully before we can start looking to buy or is there any way around releasing equity/bridging to buy in a chain?
