Tracker mortgage when renting

Hi folks,
First time poster here so apologies if some of this has been covered before. I couldn't seem to find a recent thread.
I'm just wondering. I recently moved house. I am renting out my old house which i purchased in 2006. I want to do things by the book and have registered with the RTB. Its on a tracker with AIB. I am now cancelling TRS on my old mortgage and am wondering will this cause me any problems with AIB? In other words am I in danger of losing my tracker? Does this happen?
 
you'll have to read through your mortgae contract to see if it specifies if you need to be resident in the house to keep it - some contracts do and some don't
