Tracker in company car

Thanks everyone. Deekie, the link you posted (apologies, won’t let me quote for some reason) suggests the employee skills be able to turn off the tracker when using for personal use. ThT would seem fairer. Think it was the car lease people who fitted it.
 
Do you pay BIK on the vehicle? Curious if you’re being forced to take a company car and pay tax on it for personal use, but are then (understandably) not keen to use it personally.
