Its debateable which is best : workers included in "Towards 2016" are guaranteed a percentage pay rise,no more no less, and they are not entitled to any "special pay awards". ClubMan might be doing very well / better outside 2016. The thing is , in the private sector , there is great scope and incentive to make the best out of the "Celtic Tiger" while it lastsI work in the private sector (non union) and have never received any of the "social partnership" pay increases. Actually I haven't received a pay increase in two years now!![]()
