Cork Tough employment law solicitor Cork??

Anyone know of or have experience of a tough employment law solicitor in cork...city or north cork area?
We have a guy working for us and he is now bringing ludicrous claims against us. His solicitor is as tough as nails though so I need someone who not only knows their stuff but won't be walked all over by this solicitor.
