Total US Stock Market Index Fund Q

Hi,

Sorry if this is a very basic Q, but I’m complete Newb at this. I’m interested in investing in a Total US Stock Market Index Fund, such as Wilshire 5000 or similar. I plan to invest regular amounts (probably monthly or quarterly) Would anyone have a recommendation how I go about this in the most cost effective manner?

BNP Paribas have an ETF - EasyETF Russell 1000 (EUR) - that tracks the Russell1000 index. It trades on the Paris stock exchange. [broken link removed]
