Topographical Surveys

Hi All,
I have applied for planning for a 1 and 1/2 story house and have been asked by the planning authorities to conduct a Topographical Survey on the Site. The site is in the Cork area, can anyone tell me have they done one and how much do they roughly cost?

I got one done as a nixer for €500. It usually takes 2 guys a day on-site and say half a day of work for a CAD technician. Look up the yellow pages under "surveyors - land" and you'll get the picture after a few calls.
