I have a TopGifts voucher that is out of date. The T&C's state that they will extend the vouchers for up to 3 months but for 25% of the value of the vouchers. Has anyone dealt with TopGifts in this scenario before?
Spoke to the people in Topgifts - they were very reasonable. It did cost to reactivate the vouchers but they have been extended for 12 months - better make sure to use them in time in 2011
