hi folks
a few years back i had a retail unit i looked at various options in the end
i decided to turn it into a convience store having had numerous meetings with
a popular chain and given impressive turnover figures which i brought to my bank and borrowed on these projections after year one i had 40% of turnover they predicted an year 2 50% i now have gone from been well off to stone broke owning a fortune had the proper projections been giving i would not have went near it i was used to increase there market share i have come across many of these closed in varius areas and wondering was anyone else used like this !!!
