Wondering does anybody know what time frame a solicitor has to register a mortgage with the land registry after switching to new bank?
I'm hoping to do a few quick hops along the banks and I'm wondering would this slow things down before I can do the next switch.
Or does anyone have any experience where their solicitor didn't register the mortgage because knew there would be a subsequent switch.
