May 2021 - deadline for submissions
October 2021 Phase 2 Investigation launched
10 Nov 2021 Deadline for submissions

Feb 2022: Decision expected

While there is a 90 day / 3mth period for the Phase 2 Investigation, the clock is stopped, each (and every) time, that the CCPC goes back to either Bank, with questions, or seeking clarifications. The clock then proceeds again, when responses are received. That's why we didn't get a decision in Feb. 2022.
