Haven't bought but have looked at various apts, both new and second hand. Have heard next phase is going to start at €380k which is €40k dearer than last phase. Used to live nearby and would like to move back to the area. Overall, I think the development seems nice plus its near Beaumont Hosp so future rental income potential from nurses/docs. Was gonna start a thread on this myself - would love to hear views from others, esp anyone who has bought there already
