Hello all,anybody have any Idea how much of a mark up the Timber Frame man typically adds to supply int. door's,insulation,plasterboard etc. do ye recon it's enough to undo the convinence of this option ?
Coming to the end of timber frame now and would recommend not getting plasterboard or doors included in the price. From my experience there was plenty of play in the quotes they give you first day. If they won't budge on price then ask them for extras instead. Most were willing to give about 5K of extras away
