J jmg04 Guest 22 Jun 2009 #2 Atlantic Homecare have a durabond adhesive & grout mix specifically for tiling on wood..not sure of the price but i got adhesive for floors and it was €34 for a 14kg tub!..hope this helps..

O ophelia Registered User Messages 483 22 Jun 2009 #3 If you are tiling over floorboards you should reinforce the floor first with plywood otherwise you will get cracking of tiles and grout later on.

Click to expand... You also need to screw the plywood down with screws spread a specific distance. sorry dont know the specifics just know this because had cowbow make a mess of my kitchen!
