Tiler and/or Small Builder

Hi All,
Could anyone recommend a tiler for kitchen walls (in between counter and kitcen units required) and a small builder for some standard insulation work in the Dun Laoghaire area.
Also, does anyone know the price of tilers - is it by the sq mtr or hourly/daily rate?

Has to be by the amount of work done or the job could go on forever.
