I am planning on going to the Cheltenham races this year for gold cup day on Friday 18 March. Problem is that tickets seem to be sold out for that day and there seems to be no accommodation available in Cheltenham on Thursday 17March and Friday 18 March. I have found a website which is offering tickets for sale at between £15 and £50 sterling above face value. I would appreciate some advice/guidance re: the following questions.
1. Are these websites safe and secure places to buy tickets from?
2. What are the best tickets to buy? The website mentions Tatterstalls and Club enclosure tickets.
3. Has anyone any advice/info on where to find accommodation in or arround Cheltenham?
4. Where is the best place/places to socialise after the races?
