Third Level Top Up Grant

In applying for the higher level education grant there is an allowable increase in the base rate of income when there is more than one family member attending a recognised full time third level course - however there seems to be no mention of any allowable increase in the base rate of income in order to be eligable for the top up grant.

Does this mean that irrespective of whether there are one, two, three or four members attending university the family's income can only be up to Euro 16,748 in order to qualify?

I've studied the governmental (oasis) website, also a few of the Local City Councils but I can't find any information regarding this particular angle.

I'd appreciate any information. Thankyou.
