thinking of changing my morgage im currently with ics variable 4.8 140,000 outstanding 25 years 880 monthly , thinking of increasing loan to reduce term and the interest what would be my best bet at this stage not very good with this type of thing any advice appreciated
 
If your home is valued at €280,000 or more, you won't get a better Tracker Variable rate than National Irish Bank's LTV mortgage. Rate will be 4.5%. Use Karl Jeacle's mortgage calculator to work out your new repayments and how short you can afford to reduce the term.
