This "quango" should try and get the registration of properties up to speed first before the start at anything else. 5 months to send out a letter showing that they have it registered and over 7 months after receiving payment that it shows up on their register.
I never had to deal with them TG but I understand that speed is not of the essence when dealing with problems.
Why do they not try recovering money that they award instead of this.
Their record on doing their job has been poor to date.

I think we need to await the launch of the PRTB rental index before we can determine how beneficial or otherwise it might be to residential property investors.

I wonder how the index will be structured? Where willl the data come from? How will it be updated? How will it compare to the Daft rental report ?
