The most cost effective way to sell a small amount of shares?

Hi all,

I wish to sell about €2,500 worth of shares. I think my local bank will charge me €100 to sell them. Is there a more cost effective way? I've never dealt with shares before as I've inherited these shares.
I have the share certificate. Do I need anything else to sell the shares?
