I don't use the inbuilt search function as it's poor.

Google is much better. Instead of typing "history of AIB standard variable rate" into askaboutmoney, type the following into Google

Just curious if this issue with the inbuilt search function has been logged with the suppliers of the forums software, and what was their response?
You'd imagine this should be fixable?

It's well known that it's a poor search function. But that is no different to other sites.

Mainly because Google is so good.
