You can never compare that. Unless you have identical twins with same routine, exact same diet, etc etc etc everything identical. One with the vacine and one without and see how they fear out with covid. Other than that its hear say and guess work

You absolutely can, and the published reports already have. The conclusions are absolutely clear that vaccination / boosters significantly reduce the risk of severe illness.

If you don't understand how scientific studies are able to accommodate variations in genetics, routine, diet, etc., in arriving at their findings, I suggest you leave this topic alone.
