Term life insurance with CitiLife / Citisolutions, any good?

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone can give me advice on CitiLife International Limited, based in Dublin. They offer term life assurance / critical illness cover. Is this company good or bad?

It sounds like they are Brokers as opposed to underwriters of Life Insurance etc.

Have they made a recommendation to you?
 
As far as I understand Citisolutions is the broker and CitiLife is the underwriter. CitiLife is supposedly a subsidiary of Primerica, a US company which is itself subsidiary of CitiGroup.
 
There is very little information on the Irish operation of this company in the IFSC.

If you do decide to come to Ireland then you might be better off transacting this business in the domestic market.
