My Dad and his sister own a B&B he own 70% and his sis 30%,they now want to sell but there is lodgers staying there the last 15 years or so how can they get rid of them ,because someone told me they might have a claim to the house they have been there so long i know this is a question for solicitor but i hope someone can give me some advice
