I'm in the process of filling out the form 12 tax return document for an investment property.
Is it essential that I enter the tenants PPS details on the rental income section. I have already asked them for this last year when I was registering with the PRTB

You had me worried there for a second. It appears only to be a requirement when you are a non-resident landlord.
