Teenagers saving accounts

Hi,

I have 4 cousins aged 10 - 18 they have between 200 - 800 euro each. They generally save week to week, and may take a lump sum out once a year. What would be the highest earning interest account they could open?

The Regular Savings Accounts can only be opened if you are 18 or over.
