Taxsaver Question re Private Coach Operators

Hi,

I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction. Basically I commute daily on a private coach operator ( a relatively large one with quite a number of buses timetabled). I was asking them whether they were going to run a taxsaver scheme, and the owner said they had thought about it but weren't too sure how to start it up.

Can a private coach operator offer the taxsaver scheme?
Who would be the appropriate people to contact about this? (Taxsaver.ie only has numbers for Irish Rail and Dublin bus)

The private bus operator I use from time to time offers the taxsaver scheme. I don't use the bus often enough to use the scheme, so I'm not sure how they operate it.
