I have an apartment in Budapest which is just coming up to completion and will be ready to rent out in the next month.
What tax will I have to pay on this rental income? ( rental income projected at €400 per month)
Can I write off the cost of furnishing the apartment against the tax bill?
Can I write off the monthly cost of the property agency against the tax bill?
I am a full time employed PAYE and taxed at the higher rate.
Any info anyone has on this on this would be great.
