i had bought a site for 65000 euro and got a mortage for that from my local bank, i am only paying back interest on it, as i was going to pay off the site with a mortgage i took out with a mortgage lender. i am curently getting tax relief on the mortgage that i took out with the mortgage lender, i only have 3/4 of the mortgage taking out so far. so i have 30000 of the site still to pay off, am i entitled to get tax relief on the site mortgage?
