Hi All,

Just after reading this article!

independent.ie/business/personal-finance/latest-news/thousands-of-employees-with-health-insurance-missing-out-on-tax-relief-34140811.html

Up until recently, by previous employer paid the healthcare premium directly. However, in my new company, I get flexible benefits which is a certain % of my base salary that allows me to buy back holidays, pay for a company healthcare plan, deCare and take the remaining amount as cash. The amount being paid for my wife and I is part of my monthly deductions along with a health payment and Im wondering If I'm due tax relief on this?

Any advice or insight to this would be appreciated?

Since I cant upload images! here is a sample break down of my monthly pay slip:
| --- Payments --- | --- Deductions ---| --- YEARTODATE --|
Heal All 141,67 | Be Fit 3 211,23 | ...
Ben. All 424,79 |
| ------------------ | --------------------| ---------------------|
Thanks.
