Hi all,
Just a quick question, i am paying my own health insurance for the past 8/9 years, in all that time im quiet sure that i paid the full whack i never saw it stated anywhere that i was getting a reduced rate. Was browsing around the ros site today and came across
"Tax Relief at Source (TRS)
Tax relief for medical insurance premiums paid to authorised insurers is granted at source (TRS). Subscribers will pay a reduced premium (80% of the gross amount) to the authorised medical insurer."
How do i go about finding out if im getting the reduced rate, and if im not how do i get the reduced rate, and finally is there a way of getting some of that money back if i overpaid.
I know lots of questions but desperate times.
