Tax refund, from 2010, when do i receive?

Hi, I only earned just over 13,000 last year. I'm owed just over 1,000 from the tax man... nothing has hit my account yet, when should I expect this?

Or, do I need to call them to remind them?

when did you request P21 or submit tax return
