Tax Refund - dental expense question

Just want to verify this for a tax refund page I'm updating:

When claiming medical expenses from revenue you have to deduct any refunds you received from your health insurer. E.g. €50 gp visit, insurer gives you €20 back, you can only claim the balance of €30 from revenue.

However Quinn (and poss others) refund you a portion of any routine dental visits. Routine dental visits cannot be claimed from revenue.

So I'm assuming any routine dental visit refunds you get from your health insurance company do not need to be deducted from the refund amount (so to your advantage).

Correct?
