One's payslips should contain all the details that you're looking for. Are you not getting any or is this a hypothetical question?
Working backwards using [broken link removed] it looks like (in 2007) somebody earning c. €58K would take home c. €800 p.w. and their deductions would be as follows:
Weekly take home pay. (Single)
Selected Tax year is 2007
Gross Take Home Pay = € 1115.3846
Tax = € 252.3077
Take Home Pay after Tax = € 863.0769
Less PRSI = € 55.02663
Net take home pay = € 808.0503
The calculator mentioned above assumes PRSI Class A which may not apply in all cases (e.g. self employed contractor). It also makes assumptions about common tax credits. The figures are only indicative.
