A friend of mine is selling his business to his two employees. This is taking effect on Nov 1st. Both employees were paid monthly. Can the vendor reclaim the tax paid on the last 6 mths salaries and convert as a termination payment to the two employees involved? By the way they would not breach the SCSB limit.
