My wife and I both work outside the home, I earn more and have most of the tax credits allocated to my income, would it be more benificial if we shared them equally?
Probably not. Joint aggregated married taxation is normally the most beneficial approach for most couples - especially where one is on 42% and the other is on 20%. See [broken link removed].
