The tax-credit certificate, does not reflect the relief towards the house bought.

Question: Will the tax credits towards buying a house, be shown in tax-credit form? If so under what name does it appear in the tax-credit form?

There are no tax credits towards buying a house in Ireland.

You may be referring to tax relief on mortgage interest? This is known as TRS, or tax relief at source.

It is done at source these days, so the tax relief will not appear on your certificate of tax credits.
