I am on PAYE
I got no tax credit certs for 2009 or 2010.
Can I request copies of them from Revenue?

I assume that you are referring to the P21 balancing statement. Yes, there are 2 ways of doing this.

1) Phone the PAYE help line 1890 333 425. You will need your PPS number and an automated assistant will prompt you.

2) Register with Revenue.ie to get online access through PAYE Anytime. Once registered you can request P21 statements and much more.

How long does it take for the tax office to send cert out. I phoned them a month ago and emailed them twice. I registered for online and got a pin but there is a message when I try to go on line “Our records show that exemption status is present in the current tax year, PAYE services are currently not available for this taxpayer category”
Currently my pension is being taxed

In relation to the above comment, I am currently trying to log in to paye anytime for my mother who is a pensioner also but I am getting the same message" our records show that exemption status is present in the current tax year, paye services are currently not available for this taxpayer category", we have logged all of her expenses, etc, we just want to see what the update was but we can't get in, does anyone know what this means??? Thanks

Is the message simply saying "You are tax exempt, please go away, you no longer need to contact us"
