Tax advice / Accountant

Hi, I might be heading abroad for work for a couple of years to another EU country, we don't want to sell the family home so renting out is the only practical solution.

I'm looking for an advisor to bring me through the implications, do a calculation based on rent/allowable expenses/tax to see how far net income will go in covering the mortgage and advise on any wider implications on income tax in either country.
