Swords is a bustling place at the moment. The Metro announcement seems to have given a shot in the arm to things, offsetting some of the negative sentiment out there in general. Pavillions is developing as a nice shopping centre IMO, although the traffic around there on Saturday and Sunday afternoons can be chronic.
