I have money invested in a variety of equity funds,given the exceptional performance over the last 6-8 months I am tempted to switch to cash funds with the same providers to lock in the gains. I am aware that this is market timing,however having ridden the wave all the way to the bottom in 2007 and 2008 I am not keen to repeat the performance.
Any way I would be gratefull to hear other peoples thoughts/views if in a similar position.
