The Supreme Court has given a very interesting judgment today in the case of Moylist Construction Ltd V Doheny and others, which will impact on how the High Court will assess defences to summary judgment into the future. I do not know how to send a link on this site, regarding the judgment, but Justice Clarke's judgment is worth reading.
