I worked full time from April 2007- June 20th 2008. I then went back to college in September 2008 and I finish in May 2009 for good. I am currently seeking employment for when I get out but to no avail so far.

Im wondering if I can I apply for JB now stating the dates im finished college so it is ready for when I leave in May(assuming I still dont have a job).

you can only seek JB when you are finished by providing a letter from your college stating that you are now finished.
