Is it recommened to get a structural survey for a 3year old house?
My partner is an electrican and would have a fairly good knowledge of buildings so do you think this is enough? (He has already pointed out belly in floor boards)
What are, if any implications of not getting a survey done?
If we do get a survey done, who is liable for anything that is wrong?
