Stop Form 11?

Is there anywhere on the ROS site that we can stop filing a form 11
My husband is now retired and on the state contributary pension, we receive under 3174e
for a foreign rental. Am I right in thinking that we no longer need to file form 11
We do have medical expenses, if we continued to file could we claim them?

Thanks

You have no income other than state pension and modest overseas rental income, you are not proprietory directors of a company, seems to me form 12 is more appropriate but what if the foreign income increases.

You need to inform revenue and there is a simple form. Can't remember the name of it "Cessation" something or other

I was on form 11 for a few years because of ESOP/ESPP share scheme nominal income.
When I thought I no longer needed to be on this I simply emailed Revenue to explain my circumstances and ask them to take me off it - and they did.
I find that many things can be dealt with with Revenue by simply communicating with them and not necessarily by filling in forms.

Hope this helps.
