Still waiting on refund on Form 11

When I completed my Form 11 there was a refund due. I entered my EFT Refund/Repayment Bank Details.

The money hasn't reached my account. I can't find anywhere on ros.ie that explains what happened to the payment. When I click on Refunds & Repayments left menu item there is a "no records have been found" message.

Is there something else I need to do?
 
Ask for a statement through ROS, it should show the refund due and why it is being held.
