Sterling account for uk customers

We are looking to start some trading in UK from Ireland. Maybe 100k per year.
Do we need to have a sterling account setup or could get UK customers to pay in euros?

Any thoughts?

If you also buy stuff in the UK then a Sterling account is very useful. What proportion of your turnover is €100k? Can you leave the money in a Sterling account or will you need it for your cashflow?
